Trade Printing

MAR Graphics provides print and related services to a wide variety of print resellers. Our contact with the end-user client is dictated by the re-selling agency. By default, we operate with total transparency to the end-user.

A typical re-selling partner may be:

  • Print or forms distributor
  • Direct mail agency or lettershop
  • Commercial printer
  • Fulfillment services provider
  • Creative agency
  • Marketing services provider
  • Other trade services providers
  • Print broker
  • Billing services provider
  • And many more re-sale entities

However, there are instances in which the re-seller asks us to communicate directly with the end-user. We do this only with the blessing of the re-seller and work in tandem to serve the end-user client’s needs. Some of our most successful programs and projects involve the end-user client, re-selling agent and MAR working together.

We offer account protection and will engage in Confidentiality Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements when warranted and/or requested. We do not share any client specific information with other clients or re-sellers – a re-seller’s and end-user’s activity, art and data shared with MAR Graphics is confidential.

We are available to make joint sales calls or presentations. Plus we offer the ability to personalize certain marketing collateral for our re-sell partners for their promotional use.

In certain situations we can perform invoicing services on behalf of the re-selling agent as well as collection and commission services. This situation is rare and is the exception. In some very rare cases, we have and do sell to the client. Each of those situations is unique; again, this is the exception and not the rule.
